Todos los animales poseen un amplio repertorio de estrategias fisiol\u00f3gicas para tolerar y compensar los efectos del estr\u00e9s, que van desde ajustes conductuales y metab\u00f3licos hasta la expresi\u00f3n de una serie de genes asociados a compartimentos como el neuronal, endocrino e inmune, as\u00ed como los asociados a la protecci\u00f3n por parte de otras mol\u00e9culas funcionales. En este minicurso nos enfocaremos en los estudios de estos mecanismos para bivalvos marinos objeto de cultivo, es decir, animales expuestos a los estresores propios de su manejo en criaderos e instalaciones comerciales, con la intenci\u00f3n de reconocer algunas herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para la identificaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n del bienestar de los organismos y su
