Se gradu\u00f3 en Biolog\u00eda del Medio Ambiente en la Universidad de Alicante y recibi\u00f3 una formaci\u00f3n en nutrici\u00f3n de camar\u00f3n en la Universidad de Gante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inici\u00f3 su carrera profesional con una estad\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n en CENAIM-ESPOL (Ecuador), despu\u00e9s de la cual ha colaborado con varias empresas internacionales en Europa, \u00c1frica, Asia y Am\u00e9rica Latina, centr\u00e1ndose en el desarrollo y formulaci\u00f3n de alimentos para camar\u00f3n y para larvas de camar\u00f3n, asesorando a fabricantes de alimentos, productores de larvas y camaroneros. Hace 9 a\u00f1os entr\u00f3 a trabajar en BioMar como investigador dedicado a la nutrici\u00f3n de larvas de crust\u00e1ceos.\u00a0 Hoy en d\u00eda es Gerente de Productos para larvas y juveniles de camar\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jef has more than 25 years of experience in shrimp nutrition and larviculture. He graduated in Environmental Biology at the University of Alicante and received training in shrimp nutrition at the University of Ghent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He began his professional career with a research post at the CENAIM-ESPOL research station in Ecuador, after which he has collaborated with several international companies in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America, focusing on the development and formulation of shrimp larval and on-growing feed, and advising aquafeed manufacturers, hatcheries and farmers. 9 years ago he joined BioMar as a researcher dedicated to the nutrition of crustacean larvae.
